Dynamic Layers are tested, high-quality construction materials with unsurpassed water retention capacity for water-bound surfaces. They improve elasticity and provide a graded aggregate transition between the mineral surface and the sub-base layer. In dry weather, the stored moisture is released upwards into the water-bound top layer.
